Local Foods College 2018 - Free webinar classes

Register now for the free 2018 Local Foods College offered through the University of Minnesota Extension.
This is the 7th annual webinar series focusing on education related to strengthening local food systems.  The five series online classes run from January 23 – February 27, 2018.

Weekly the classes are streamed live online on Tuesdays at 6:00pm.  If people who are registered for the Local Foods College are not able to join during the live session, they are able to view a recording at a later date. Access to a reliable internet source are necessary to participate.

Participants will learn from practitioners, educators, and those involved in the growing movement to build resilient local foods systems. Sessions this year focus on fruits and nuts, improving pastures, deep winter greenhouses, seed saving, and pollinators.
