Remember: we have firm organic tofu (great protein source and and contains all eight essential amino acids. It is also an excellent source of iron and calcium and the minerals manganese, selenium and phosphorous. In addition, tofu is a good source of magnesium, copper, zinc and vitamin B1, AND has a low glycemic index.)  Makes a great eggless egg salad!

Here are some ways to use tofu:
Whip Tofu into Smoothies and Desserts. When blended, silken tofu adds a rich, creamy texture to desserts and smoothies. ...Replace Meat with Tofu
...Make Tofu Scrambles and Quiches
...Use to Make Creamy Sauces.
...Make Sandwiches
...Bake Tofu in the Oven.
...Add Protein to Soups and Salads with Tofu.
