* NEW Varities of Silver Hills Sprouted grain Breads:  Steady Eddie & Little Big-low carb  added to our hamburger & hotdog buns
SO... Why sprouted grain?  This processing results in easier to digest bread for the body, greater access to nutrients, and lower/slower sugar impact on body - like a timed release effect rather than a pow-bang sugar hit as the carbs break down and convert to energy for the body.  All in all, a great bread option!
