OPENING UPDATE

So, we know we are taking it a-week-at-a-time right now. Given the remodel work schedule, we are at the mercy of contractors and their schedules.
• The floor in the food prep area is set for installation during the week of Oct. 12 (a 3-day job).
• Then plumbers return to hook up sinks.
Refrigeration comes in to repair some door gaskets.
Inspection by Dept of Labor & Commerce on plumbing work.
• THEN Dept of Ag Food Inspection for stamp of approval and granting of food license

We've scheduled our first large food order delivery for Oct. 28 and OPENING OCTOBER 30-31 (Fri-Sat, 10am-6pm).  More to come regarding volunteer needs for all this.
