Mission Statement:  (group)
To provide access to local, sustainable and healthy food and products.

Building: (Kidders)
• Ramps have been rebuilt. Overhang is lit. More remodeling on storefront scheduled for after Thanksgiving - weather permitting.
• Big outdoor sign is lit with new 24 watt LED. A rock planter surrounding base of sign is being considered.
• Parking lot repaved in front of co-op and along north side to back door and loading ramp.

Advertising:
• (Pleins/Kidders) Brochures: print & fold more for the Market and some of the Discover Racks locations

Outreach:
• (Mary) Jennifer Clasen, from Justin Mathias, CPAs in Pequot Lakes called me today. She wants to join our Azure Standard Buyers Club. I helped her get started with Azure, then asked if any of their CPAs could help us with our Co-op by laws financial components. She said she would ask them. They have worked with other co-ops and she thought someone may agree to help.

• (Mary) emailed Julie Anderholm, at CLC SBDC (Small Business Dev Center) requesting help with writing an initial IGM Co-op business plan. Haven't receive a reply yet, but she works Tues, Wed, Thurs. Will proceed to try get a meeting. Will need two or three volunteers to work through the business plan.

• (Kidders) approached Chris Robinson, attorney and Mike Sands, CPA re: helping IGM Co-op. Both are too busy to commit to our board but agreed to spread the word among their respective colleagues about the Co-op's needs.

"Local Food Innovation Center" Community Visioning. Would you like to make locally grown food more available? Are you a food grower, a food-based business, or a food lover? We want to hear about the work being done in the area to increase access to local food.  Share your unique perspectives on how to make our rural communities food secure.

Our retired business executives have a wealth of information to share with the Brainerd Lakes community and will be available to anyone having business questions. Come in, grab a cup of coffee, pull up a chair, and chat with them for awhile!  _Questions on all business subjects are welcomed and encouraged during this casual 'chat'. (Pleins might attend to solicit help, ie: attorney, CPA, board members, advisors, mentors, grocers... Anyone else want to go along?)

By Laws:
• (Ron Kidder) is reviewing the By Laws documents received from Nancy Cross. Confirm that all content is included and consistent in one single document. Ron will try to send us all a copy of this reviewed By Laws in time to read before reviewing together at next week's meeting.

• (Dan Yavner) has summarized a draft of the Financial Components for the By Laws. Presented at Nov. 2 meeting. Dan's gone as far as he comfortably can with these components, now it's appropriate to bring in a CPA and or attorney to advise us further.

Business Plan:
