We're making Geoff's Chop Wednesday afternoon (sans Geoff - he's on vacation! Much deserved!).  It'll be an experience!
I had his root chop last night roasted with a little olive oil, salt & pepper at 425 for 35 minutes! SMELLED FANTASTIC and the TASTE...lovely sweet with a few crunchy bites! SO worth it! (This one had: carrots, mushrooms, rutabagas, onions, brussel sprouts, garlic, fennel, turnips I think)

NOTE on last week's avocados:  we learned from many of you that the Haas avocados were not that good. So on our next avocado delivery (not this week), we'll give you a good one (on your honor, of course)

DAIRY:

  • Rochdale salted butter is in! and have unsalted too
  • Rumiano cheeses
  • Goat Cheese - chipotle flavored-Scandia Valley Dairy
  • Goat Feta - NEW
  • White Mountain Foods brand of yogurt in glass bottles
  • Kalona brand whole milk, buttermilk, sour cream, yogurt (some greek style)

We have NON-DAIRY cheeses and beverages too like Hemp Milk and Almond Milk

FROZEN MEAT/POULTRY/FISH: grass fed beef, beef roasts, pork roasts, pork chops, whole chickens, pork breakfast links, hams, whole turkeys, turkey thighs, wild caught salmon filets
