FARMERS' MARKET SATURDAY, Sept. 8

Saturday, September 8, 2018 - 9:00am

Come to the Farmers' Market from 9AM - 1PM for fresh local food straight from the farmers, growers, and producers.  Vendors we know are coming: Alder Song Farm, Brakstad Natural Farms, Cookie Crumbs, Hawley Hills Farm (fresh cut flowers), Rising Star baked goods, Patchwork Farms pork, R & S Farms (lamb & duck)

Sat., Sept. 8th is the return of Almost Blue duo at the Farmers' Market. Remember to come ready to tip well as they are performing at no charge to the co-op. We're happy to have them return!

NEW THIS WEEK, OR back in: Aug. 29 - Sept. 1

With Labor Day Weekend this week, it serves as the official mark of the "end of Summer" though we hope we'll likely still see some lovely Summer weather yet. The harvest is in full swing with a great abundance and we are grateful! AND we're hosting a brat/hotdog lunch offering during the Farmers' Market this Saturday! Woo Hoo!

Juicey, tasty treats

We have yellow Colorado Peaches (Kokopelli variety) in this week and if they're as good as the last bunch of peaches we had you're still in for a juicey treat!

Also new in this week is a Curried Cranberry Quinoa Salad in the deli section, by Cre8it. We're told it's VERY good and we're happy to offer some sampling on this one to pique your taste buds.
