Easy, Quick, Oh so good

Well, this week Barb tried the frozen organic sweet potato fries - Oh so VERY good and LOVE that the skins are left on!  Easy, easy - preheat your oven to 425°, and spread on a pan (single layer, frozen) and roast/bake for 15-20 minutes. VOILA! 

Cantaloupe is also VERY tasty for a refreshing snack, dessert or side dish, as is the watermelon!  Can hardly wait for the shell peas and yellow squash from our local growers! Click here to read about 7 healthy benefts of cantaloupe.
