Pantry Preparedness (for Emergencies)

HAVE YOU WANTED TO START A PANTRY IN CASE OF EMERGENCIES? Now is the time!

In stocking your pantry, you can refer to this list - and don’t feel handcuffed to only stock up on these items. Always keep your family’s food preferences and dietary needs in mind when investing in your food supply. It would be extremely advantageous to have a two-week supply (at a minimum) of these food items on hand to care for your family.

Consider these recommended organic or non-GMO foods:

beans, millet, choice of grains (barley, whole wheat, oats, bulgar, cornmeal, couscous, quinoa, wheat berries), rice, pasta, canned tomato or pasta sauce, tuna, crackers, canned vegetables and fruits, dried milk, coconut oil, avocado oil, olive oil, and non-GMO corn oil

nut butters, granola bars, nuts, seeds for eating or sprouting, popcorn, potato flakes, jerky, shelf-stable boxes of milk, boxed or dry cereal, packaged meals (macaroni & cheese, hamburger helper, Ramen noodles, pizza, etc.), snack pudding or cake mix, and frosting

flour, seasonings, sugar, bouillon cubes or jars, baking powder, baking soda, yeast, vinegar, honey, unsweetened cocoa, coffee, teas, pure water, immune teas, and supplements

homemade refrigerated canned soups and chili, canned sauerkraut, fruit juices, vegetable juices, oranges, apples, and carrots

And remember, we also have safe products for your dogs, cats, personal, and laundry needs.
