Pumpkin Bars with Cream Cheese icing

Mix together:
4 eggs
1 2/3 c sugar
1 c canola oil (I use sunflower oil)
2 c fresh pumpkin (or 1 - 15 oz can)
Sift Together:
2 c flour (can use whole wheat pastry flour or reg. all purpose)
2 t baking powder
2 t cinnamon
1 t salt
1 t baking soda
1/2 t cloves
1/2 t ginger
Add dry to batter.  Mix well. Pour into greased 10x15 baking pan. Bake 30 min at 350. Cool completely before frosting with a cream cheese frosting.
Cream Cheese Icing
Cream together:  
  8 oz cream cheese
  1/2 butter, softened 
Add 2 c sifted powdered sugar & mix at low speed. 
Stir in 1t vanilla and mix well.
Spread on cooled bars, and enjoy
