First class coming...Science of Breads

Our first class is coming up Friday this week, 10:30-11:30 on the Science of Breads presented by Erik Heimark of Maple Ridge Produce, our most recent bread vendor. He's delivering our order of bread and bagels when he comes so come on in for class ($10/person - $8 for members - and/or your purchase of bread and bagels. Options include: Cranberry-Wildrice Bread, Zuke-Dill Rye Bread, Betsy's Seed Bread, and plain bagels.
