We sell dried elderberries in our bulk herbs & spices section here at Ideal Green Market.
Elderberries are known as one of the top antiviral herbs on the planet. Also very high in antioxidant power, elderberry is higher in flavonoids than blueberries, cranberries, goji berries and blackberries. Even though it's later in the flu & cold season, we thought we'd share this recipe with you from Megan for making elderberry syrup that can be taken when you feel the on-set of the flu or a cold:
