Wild rice from Pine River

We had a good meeting today. Thank you Steve Cox, local wild rice producer from Pine River, MN, for coming to meet us today. We left with samples of his rice and look forward to enjoying it cooked and fluffy with butter, like Steve suggests. We'll see Steve again at the Pine River Farmers Market on Friday afternoons. One day soon we hope to carry Steve's wild rice in the Ideal Green Market.
