So ya "gotta" try the Wisconsin Portabella Mushrooms we have in stock! They are 2-4" in diameter and Barb made stuffed mushrooms the other night - ham, parmesan cheese, red peppers, shallots, garlic, asparagus, Marty's Salt blend, panko, bit o' butter - all topped with melted swiss cheese. DANG it was good! AND EASY!
